Meraki Kids Summer Camp

For the first time, Meraki is offering a summer camp. Have your kids learn self-defense, discipline, strength, coordination, and respect. 

Our week-long curriculum has been designed for children between the ages of *8 and 12 years old. It consists of self-defense through the fundamental techniques of jiu jitsu, games, and outdoor play. 

*Meraki Kids members who are younger than 8 years of age, are allowed to signup for Summer Camp. 

Daily Schedule:

• 8:30am - 9:00am - Drop off
• 9:10am - 9:30 am - Warm up and Games
• 9:30 - 10:30 am - Standing Self Defense 
• 10:30 - 10:40am - Snack
• 10:40am - 11:30am - Ground Self Defense
• 12:00pm - 1:30pm - *Lunch (Provided), Outdoor play and afternoon Pick-Up  at Stoner Park

* Please let us know if your child has any food allergies, dietary restrictions, or if they will be bringing their own lunch.
